Loggia NoMad is a 28-story residential building at 842 Sixth Avenue in Manhattan's NoMad neighborhood, designed by Isaac & Stern Architects. A brick podium and metal-clad tower are shaped by beige sculptural columns and arches, with loggias facing Sixth Avenue and lining the rear elevation. The 94-unit condominium also offers extensive shared amenities, from wellness and fitness spaces to lounges, a library and a landscaped roof terrace.
DOPI is designing the lighting for the building's public areas and its façade, covering both the street-facing architecture of columns, arches and loggias and the shared spaces residents use every day.
The building is under construction, with completion expected in spring 2027.
